•  Educational Opportunity Fund (EOF)
     
    Established by the New Jersey State Legislature in early 1968, the Educational Opportunity Fund (EOF) helps disadvantaged students. Eligibility is judged on financial need and motivation for future academic work, not just on past grades or test scores. Students must live in New Jersey for twelve months before receiving this aid.
