An Essential Question (EQ) is the biggest question that takes the longest to answer. Each module has its own essential question that we work towards the answer for while reading all of our texts.

A Focusing Question (FQ) is a medium-sized question that will take a few days to answer. Each book has its own focusing question that we will answer by the end of the text.

A Content Framing Question (CFQ) is the smallest question that only takes a day to answer. We will have a different content framing question each day that will be answered by the end of the lesson.
